CEO and President of Ad Sales Genius, Joel Pape, presented on the topic of diversification of revenue streams, Digital out-of-Home (DOOH), and future proofing of current business models to members of the City and Regional Magazine Association (CRMA) at the Marriott Casa Magna Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The annual CRMA event facilitates professional development and training opportunities for member magazines and opportunities to exchange information and ideas. The CRMA’s mission is to encourage high editorial and journalistic standards and to compile industry research and data for the membership. They promote both city and regional magazines as a major media market. CRMA represents member magazines on major national and regional policy issues (legal journalistic, commercial, and political), as well as furthers the interests of the membership.
As part of the conference, Mr. Pape addressed topics ranging from event sales management, subscription management and fulfillment, to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and entertained questions from audience members. The speech was well received and several CRMA members have since switched their CRM to Ad Sales Genius.
